Intoxication while in charge of a motor vehicle within a border point
Border Management Agency (Declaration Of Border Points) Order, para. 5 · Revised Edition 2020
No person shall drive or attempt to drive or be in charge of a motor vehicle within a border point managed by the Agency whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs above the permitted level as provided in the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act.
