Use of roads by motor vehicles

No person shall drive a motor vehicle at any border point managed by the AgencyBorder Management Agency Act [CAP. 144 13 (a) other than on the roads or places provided or designated by the Agency for the particular class of vehicle; (b) so as to occupy a road in such a manner as to cause obstruction to its use, or to be a source of danger to other road users.
