Saving of powers conferred under other laws

(1) The Agency shall perform its functions in close cooperation with the Belize Police Department, the Department of Border Management and Immigration Services and the Customs Department. CAP. 156. CAP. 138. CAP. 48. CAP. 49. (2) This Act shall be read and construed as being in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of the Immigration Act, the Police Act, the Customs and Excise Duties Act, the Customs Regulation Act and any Regulations made thereunder.
