Firearms (International Movement Of Firearms, Firearms Parts, Components And Ammunition) (Control) Regulations, reg. 9 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) Each Import Certificate referred to in these Regulations shall specify the expiration date thereof, which shall in normal circumstances not be more than one year from its date of issue.
(2) Each Export Certificate or export attachment, and each Intransit Shipment Authorization Certificate shall specify a maximum validity date that does not extend beyond the termination date of the Import Certificate.
