Cancellations of certificates, etc

(1) The Ministry shall cancel any certificate, authorisation and/or any attachment granted pursuant to these Regulations if the holder of such certificate, authorisation and/or attachment fails to observe any procedure related thereto or conditions provided therein. (2) Upon the cancellation of any certificate, authorisation or attachment, the Ministry shall notify all other Member States of the Organization of American States to cancel the corresponding certificates, authorisations or attachments granted by their countries. 20 Firearms Act
