Records

The Ministry shall maintain records for a period of five years, in such forms as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry may determine from time to time, relating to all importations into, or exportations from, or the intransiting through, Belize of any firearms, firearms parts, components and/or ammunition and such records shall in particular containFirearms Act 19 (a) the classification and description of the firearms, firearms parts, components and/or (b) the actual quantities in respect of each shipment transaction; (c) in the case of the importation or exportation of firearms, firearms parts, components and ammunition, the quantities remaining to be exported or imported, as the case may be, pursuant to a particular certificate or authorisation.
