Firearms (International Movement Of Firearms, Firearms Parts, Components And Ammunition) (Control) Regulations, reg. 10 · Revised Edition 2020

The validity period of each certificate, attachment and authorisation issued under these Regulations shall not be extended for any period whatsoever, and upon its expiry, an application for a new certificate, attachment and authorisation must be made.
