Section 46

A firearm prohibited in Schedule III for which a license was issued prior to the commencement of the Firearms (Amendment) (No.2) Act, 2010 shall be deemed to be licensed under the principal Act subject to the following conditions– (a) the provisions of section 9 shall apply where a person fails to renew his licence; (b) the licence is not transferable; (c) the person is prohibited from the licensing of a similar firearm where that firearm is lost, stolen or destroyed. 45 SCHEDULE I2 FORM 1 [section 3B(2)] APPLICATION FOR FIREARMS LICENCE 1.
