Application of Act

This Act shall not apply to any person in the Naval, Military, Air or Volunteer Forces of Her Majesty, or in the Police Department, or in the Prison or Revenue Services of Belize keeping, carrying or using a bullet proof vest or any firearms or ammunition in the performance of his duties or when engaged in target practice or going to or returning from any place for such purpose. 39
