Prohibition on persons who holds a certain licence

A person who holds a licence issued under section 3A and who– (a) keeps an ammunition in excess of the amount prescribed by the licence; or (b) leaves the firearm or ammunition in the care, custody or control of a person not authorized by the licence, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars or in default to imprisonment for a period of three months.
