Illicit trafficking of firearm

A person who– (a) unlawfully imports, exports, acquires, sells, delivers, moves or transfers a firearm, 35 ammunition or other related material into or out of Belize; or (b) is in possession of more than two illegal commits the offence of illicit trafficking of a firearm and is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term of ten years.
