Publication of cancelled licences

(1) The Commissioner by the 31st day of December in each year, cause to be published in the Gazette a list of all the licences revoked by him under this Act. 34 (2) The Commissioner shall, immediately on the publication of any such list mentioned in sub-section (1), strike out from register of licences kept by him under section 10, the names of all those persons whose licences have been cancelled, noting in the register the reasons for the cancellation.
