Immunity from liability for disposal of firearm

No suit or other legal proceedings shall be instituted in any court of law against the Government, the Commissioner of Police or any other officer of Government or the Minister in 33 respect of the disposal of any firearm under section 9(3) or 24 (3). CAP. 49.
