Disqualification for membership of the National Assembly

The Clerk, the Deputy Clerk and other members of the staff of the National Assembly shall, while they hold their offices as such, be disqualified from being elected or appointed as a Member of the House of Representatives or as a Senator and from sitting or voting in the House of Representatives or the Senate.
