Loss of Medal
Colonial Prison Service Medal Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
In the event of the loss of the Medal or Clasp it may be replaced on the recommendation of the Superintendent of Prisons at the expense of the holder unless it is decided to relieve him of his liability.
