Special purpose visits not to be forfeited

The visits for special purposes to which the last two foregoing rules refer shall be additional to the visits allowed under any other of the foregoing rules, and shall not be liable to forfeiture under Rules 50 and 51 of these Rules. PHYSICAL WELFARE
