Chaplains to conform to Prison Rules

Every chaplain or his substitute shall conform to the Prison Rules. He shall not convey messages, letters or information to or from prisoners and their friends or relatives, nor give information to persons outside nor make public any matter that may come to their knowledge or notice in respect of the security or discipline of prisoners.
