Prisoners to attend Divine Service

(1) Every prisoner shall attend Divine Service of his denomination whenever such service is held at the prison, unless he is specially excused by the Superintendent, or prevented by (2) No prisoner may attend the religious service of a denomination to which he does not belong without the permission of the Superintendent.
