Temporary confinement

Prison Rules, r. 58 · Revised Edition 2020

The Superintendent may order any refractory or violent prisoner to be confined in a special cell, certified for the purpose in the same manner as cells to which Rule 10 of these Rules applies, but no prisoner shall be confined in such a cell as a punishment or after he has ceased to be refractory or violent.
