Record of death

The Medical Officer shall keep a record of the death of any prisoner which shall include the following particulars– (a) the time the deceased was taken ill; (b) the time the illness was first notified to the (c) the nature of the illness; (d) the time the prisoner died; (e) an account of the appearance after death (in cases where a postmortem examination is made), together with any special remarks that appear to him to be required.
