Annual reports

The Board of Visiting Justices shall make an annual report at the end of each year to the Minister with regard to all or any matter referred to in these Rules, with its advice, and 98 suggestions upon any such matter, and it may make such reports to the Minister as it may consider necessary concerning any matter relating to the prison to which, in its opinion, attention should be drawn.
