Meetings

The Board of Visiting Justices shall meet– (a) at the prison in the second week of January of each year and arrange a rota of attendance at the prison for the purpose of carrying out the duties assigned to them; (b) at the prison once a quarter and discharge its functions under the rules and shall keep minutes of its proceedings; (c) from time to time as may seem necessary.
