Finding by Superintendent. Punishment

(1) If the charge against the accused officer is not proved Superintendent shall dismiss the charge. 95 (2) If the charge against the accused officer is proved the Superintendent or such person deputed by the Superintendent in his absence, may award the guilty officer any one or a combination of not more than three of the following (a) Caution; (b) reprimand; (c) fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars; (d) reduction of rank or grade; (e) extra duties for a period not exceeding six days; (f) dismissal.
