Cleanliness of kitchen; employment of prisoners; precaution

The Cook and Baker shall– (a) be responsible for the cleanliness and good order of the kitchen and bakery and of all utensils and equipment in use therein; (b) be responsible for the discipline of the prisoners employed in the kitchen and bakery; (c) not employ any prisoners in the kitchen or bakery unless such prisoner is passed as medically fit by the Medical Officer; (d) before going off duty ensure that no wood or other fuel is left in or near the kitchen fireplace or the ovens. The Transport Officer
