Recording of particulars

The name, age, height, weight, particular marks, and such other measurements and particulars as may be required in regard to a prisoner shall upon his reception, out of sight and hearing of other prisoners, and from time to time be recorded in such manner as the Superintendent may determine subject to the approval of the Minister. 28
