Communications to press

(1) No officer shall, directly or indirectly, make any unauthorised communication to representatives of the press or other persons in reference to matters which have become known to him in the course of his duty. 71 (2) No officer shall without authority publish any matters or make any public pronouncement relating to the administration or the inmates of any prison in Belize.
