Business transactions

(1) No officer shall without the authority of the Minister carry out any pecuniary or business transactions with or on behalf of a prisoner or employ any prisoner on his private (2) No officer shall without authority bring in or carry out, or attempt to bring in or carry out or knowingly allow to be brought in or carried out, to or for a prisoner, or deposit in any place with intent that it shall come into possession of a prisoner any article whatsoever.
