Medical records

(1) The Medical Officer shall keep the following records– (a) Medical Officer’s Journal; (b) Prisoners' Medical Treatment Book; (c) Prisoner’s Medical History Cards; (d) Medical Officer’s Statistics Book; (e) Prison Officer's Medical Treatment Book. 51 (2) The forms of these records shall be settled by the Medical Officer from time to time with the approval of the Superintendent, subject always to revision by the Minister.
