Suspension or cancellation of licence

The Minister may, after giving the licencee an opportunity to be heard, suspend or cancel the licence where, (a) the licencee is convicted of an offence under this Act; (b) the licencee is convicted of an offence under the Criminal Code, Cap. 101; (c) the licencee is in breach of a condition of the licence; or (d) in the opinion of the Minister, it is necessary to do so in the public interest.
