Status of prisoner in a public hospital

Cap. 139, s. 51 · Revised Edition 2020

Every prisoner while in a public hospital as provided in section 50 (1) and (3) of this Act, or while being conveyed from the prison to the hospital or vice versa, shall be deemed to be in lawful custody in a prison.
