Inquest on dead criminals

Cap. 139, s. 36 · Revised Edition 2020

The Superintendent or Keeper shall, upon the death of any prisoner, give immediate notice thereof to the coroner, who shall hold an inquiry thereupon according to the Coroners’ Act, Cap. 126.
