Burial of executed prisoners

Cap. 139, s. 35 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The body of any prisoner executed in a prison shall not be buried within the precincts of any prison in Belize. (2) In case of difficulty the body of any prisoner executed in prison shall be buried where directed by the Minister.
