Penalty for not returning arms, etc

Any person having in his possession any arms, ammunition, clothing, accoutrements or other appointments furnished for the use of any prison officer and not satisfactorily accounting for the possession thereof, shall on summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, or to imprisonment for any period not exceeding six months. etc.
