Forfeiture of pay, etc

Any prison officer below the rank of Principal Prison Officer who is absent without leave shall forfeit all right to pay during the period of absence, and all fines or penalties imposed upon any such prison officer for any offence under this Act or for the breach of any rules made under this Act may be enforced by deducting the amount from any pay due or which may become due to the officer so fined.
