Penal servitude abolished

Cap. 139, s. 13 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) No person shall be sentenced to be kept in penal (2) Any person who, but for this Act, might have been sentenced to penal servitude, shall be liable, at the discretion of 11 the court, to be imprisoned for any term not exceeding the term for which he might have been sentenced to penal servitude.
