Offences

Any person who– (a) offers or attempts to offer any money or other inducement to any member of the Board with intent to influence a decision of the Board; (b) makes any false representation to the Board with intent to improperly influence a decision of the Board; or (c) discloses, without the expressed permission of the Board, the deliberations of the Board, commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a term of imprisonment of one year.
