Annual Report from Prison

The Director or any other person authorized by him in that behalf shall submit an annual report in the prescribed form to the Board within two months after the end of each year, on the general condition of every offender who is undergoing– (a) imprisonment for life; and (b) any other sentence of imprisonment of one year or more.
