Committee of management

The business and affairs of the canteen shall be conducted by a committee of management, hereinafter called the committee, consisting of a chairman, and five members, not more than one of whom may be a Woman Police Constable, to be elected annually by the general body of members of the Department. If necessary, the chairman shall exercise a casting vote in addition to an original vote.
