Credits, how allowed

Credit shall be allowed only to constables and civilian employees of the Department upon such conditions as the committee with the approval of the Commissioner shall from time to time determine, 46 provided that all amounts taken on credit from the canteen may be recoverable by compulsory deduction from the debtor’s salary. Constables or employees who desire credit shall sign a form agreeing to the above clause before obtaining credit.
