Special general meeting

A special general meeting of members of the canteen may be called at any time on application by a majority of members of the Department. Such application shall be made to the Commissioner and shall contain a statement of reasons for the calling of a special general meeting. The Commissioner shall, after consultation with the committee, decide whether or not a special general meeting should be called.
