Where notice of appeal given

If notice of appeal has been given in accordance with the provisions of rule 14 of these Rules the Commissioner shall– (a) if the notice of appeal was given against the addition of the votes, re-count all of the votes; or (b) if the notice of appeal was given against the rejection of any vote, inspect such vote and determine whether or not it was validly cast. 36
