Power to search licensed places

It shall be lawful for any police officer, and for all persons whom he may call to his assistance, to enter into any house licensed for the sale by retail of fermented or, spirituous Police Act 39 liquors, and to search therein for offenders and otherwise perform their duty, using as little annoyance to the inmates thereof as possible.
