Police Reserve

(1) The Commissioner may, with the authority of the Governor-General, establish a Reserve Police Department which shall be known as the Police Reserve. (2) Every member of the Police Reserve shall be deemed to be a police officer during the period when he is called out for service. (3) The Governor-General may make regulations relating to the formation and conditions of service of such Police Reserve. 34 Police Act
