Power to delegate duty imposed on Commissioner to another officer

Where any duty is imposed by any Act on the Commissioner, chief officer or head officer of Police, such duty shall be performed by the chief officer of Police at present in Belize unless the Minister orders that such duty be performed by some other officer. 16 Police Act
