Commencement of Chapter 138:02

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 27 of the Financial Intelligence Unit Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, RALPH FONSECA, Minister responsible for international financial services, do hereby appoint the 16th day of September, 2002, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
