Appointment of other staff

(1) The Director may appoint and employ, at such remuneration and subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed, other suitably qualified and experienced persons as officers and employees of the Unit, for the purpose of ensuring the proper performance of its functions and the attainment of its objectives.
