The Unit may, with the approval of the Minister, from time to time make regulations prescribing all matters and things required or authorised by this Act to be prescribed or provided, for the carrying out of, or the giving full effect to, the provisions of this Act and its due administration. 20 SCHEDULE I1 FINANACIAL INTELLIGENCE UNIT ACT Financial Crime Enactments [section 2] 1.
