Amendment of Schedules

(1) The Minister may from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, amend any of the Schedules to this Act. Financial Intelligence Unit[CAP. 138:02 19 (2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the National Assembly as soon as may be after the making thereof and shall be subject to negative resolution.
