Form, duration and conditions of licence

(1) A licence granted under this Act shall be in such form as may be prescribed by Regulations. (2) Every licence issued under this Act shall expire on the 31st day next following but may be renewed on payment of the prescribed fee. In the case of renewal, it shall not be necessary to submit a new application for a licence. Private Security and 10 (3) The Commissioner may attach to a licence granted under this Act such conditions as he may think fit.
