Evidence

A certificate of the Commissioner, (a) that a person was or was not at any date a licence holder; (b) as to the conditions subject to which any licence was issued; (c) that any document required to be forwarded to the Commissioner under this Act has or has not been forwarded, and if forwarded, the date upon which it was received, shall be sufficient evidence of the fact until the contrary is proved.
